- "1-3 days" redemption is a pre-disclosed issuer pacing rule. The redemption obligation remains with the issuer. Daily caps are not a MiCA requirement and are not a market guarantee.
- MiCA ART licensing is in progress. Preliminary dialogue with the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission (FSC / КФН) is not approval, a recommendation, or an opinion from the regulator.
